CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking & Cancellation Policy ✨ To ensure we can provide the best experience for all of our clients, we kindly ask that you respect our time and appointment schedule. Deposits: • A deposit fee is required to secure your appointment. • Deposits are non-refundable but will be applied toward your service total at the time of your appointment. Cancellations, Last Minute Rescheduling & No-Shows: • We require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. • A 20% cancellation fee based on the services booked, will be charged for late cancellations or no-shows. • We understand that last-minute changes happen and appointments may need to be rescheduled. Please note that a $50 rescheduling fee may apply and can be applied toward your new appointment date. • No-shows will automatically forfeit their deposit. Thank you for understanding!
